Blinding eyes from continents so vast they must be seen.
Shed no tears, cry no more, for it is only an image on the wall.
The world is here, the skys are dark, and the air
inside your lungs is real.
Forget these words, they mean nothing to a weary soul.
Is it to late to sleep? Have dreams ceased to exist?
Come back sleep, take over this body.
Make me weak and shut my eyes.
Eyes so red from tears.
Eyes so sad,so sad they might have forgotten how to close.
